The Casa Sud Station is set to become the new major railway hub of the metropolis, spanning over 27,899 m². Designed as both an urban landmark and a strategic center, it will rise in the heart of Casablanca as a contemporary monument — a place of transit, a green urban park, and a meeting space — reflecting the ambition of Morocco’s economic capital to equip itself with world-class mobility infrastructure.
Ideally located at the crossroads of key city arteries — Boulevard Roudani, Route d’El Jadida, and the urban highway — the station will serve as a true barycenter between the historic city and its modern extensions. It will be the backbone of the Nassim urban project, connecting long-isolated neighborhoods and weaving together the city’s different territories.
Architecturally, the station stands out with a monumental vault that embraces all functions while flooding the interior with soft, diffused light. Opening onto the city with a vast esplanade linked to the tramway and a large forecourt, it will also feature a 360° belvedere offering a unique panoramic view of Casablanca. Rooted in the city’s tradition of innovative architecture, the project asserts a timeless and serene urban presence.
Beyond its technical achievement — an exceptional structural span of 222 meters — Casa Sud Station is conceived with strong environmental commitments: the use of prefabricated modules to reduce waste and shorten construction time, resource optimization and material recyclability, and a reduced carbon footprint throughout the process.
More than just a railway facility, Casa Sud Station will stand as a new metropolitan landmark, a modern agora, and a unifying public space destined to become one of Casablanca’s most iconic symbols.
